I thought this clip might of had to do with the Beijing Olympics as he was in all of the countries who were participating in the Olympics.Even though it showed a meaning of familiy, that did not really give me an idea of why it was suited for this particular time of this project. Also it would cost a lot for Matt to get to each country so that is something to consider when watching this film.

It has challenged me to look for my values because I have just realised that a lot of my views are shaped by media and I need to change that and think from a different point of view as what we did today with comparing the two pictures. One of them being happy Africans while the other was unlucky boy from Australia who has had a bad past.

I believe the media portrays most social justice issues in a negative aspects always reporting that bad that is goin in the world today that is a social justice issue.

Has it been difficult to find articles on social justice issues why/why not?

it actually has been pretty easy to find social justice issues because social justices issu.es revolve around our society

Do you think that the media operates from a moral framework? Give evidence by using your research.

The media does not report from a moral framework because they do not care if the stories they provide are moral or not. They just care about the money they get by enticing the viewers to view their side of the story. One example is the Tim Smith Saga that went on earlier this year.It was stated that Tim Smith was in a pub with letting the people making their own judgement which most people would of thought he was drinking beer.

The best type of medium which allows me to connect with Jesus would have to be literatue because I have never really been a big fan of Art and music is not always clear so reading passages off the bible and praying is the best way for me to connect with Jesus.

2) Why has Jesus been portrayed in so many different ways throughout history?
Different people have different thoughts about Jesus so therefore they exprees him in different ways they feel like.
3) How is Jesus portrayed at Parramatta Marist?
Jesus is portrayed as a father figure at Parramatta Marist where we have him as role model and we respect that as a Marist community.
4) What artistic time period do you think best represents your image of Jesus and why?
I believe todays contemporary Art period is the best way because today we know more about Jesus then we ever did because of Scientifical research. All this new knowledge is used for art.
5) Identify one image of Jesus that appeals to you. What do you like about the representation?
An image of Jesus that appeals me would have to be the picture of the Sacred Heart which shows Jesus with his heart being shown which is the Sacred Heart Of Jesus. This represents the Great Heart Jesus has.
6) What factors currently shape your image of Jesus and why.
Loving- he loved everyone

Determination-He was determined to make this world a better place.

My image of Jesus has changed during the project because at the start my image was originally just a face of Jesus but now i know I can use other characters to represent Jesus as my Image which opens more doors for me.

2. What do you feel is the best way to portray an image of Jesus and why?

The best to portray an image of Jesus is not to show a picture of him in person but to show his characteristics using specific methods and techniques.

3. What have you enjoyed about the project so far and what would you do differently?

I hav enjoyed the project so far and what I have enjoyed about it the most is that I can express Jesus the way I want to using art.
